A Foundation Built on a Single Belief
Wishes Foundation began in Mwanza with a simple, stubborn belief: that no child should be denied a chance at life because their family cannot afford treatment. What started as a handful of families pooling resources for one child's heart surgery has grown into a foundation reaching hundreds of children across Tanzania every year.
Today we work hand-in-hand with hospitals, specialists and community health workers to identify children who need urgent care — and we don't stop until they get it.
